Use Paint to shrink them down. Go to Image, then Stretch/Skew. In the first two boxes, put in like 99 in both boxes, and click OK. Then close and save the image, then right click properties on the image source. See how small it is then. If it is closer to 100, you are on the right track. Go back to paint and repeat as neccessary.
