London has suddenly aquired a lot of great festivals of late:

Plus there's a 3 day fest in May from the 12th to the 14th:
Day 1: Zyklon + Dam + She Said Destroy
Day 2: Akercocke + Onslaught (and 1349 according to Terrorizer)
Day 3: Decapitated + Carpathian Forest + Keep of Kalessin + Amoral

On top of that there's the Deathfest in June too

oh and I may see if I can get to Waken now Opeth are confirmed, taking it up to 10 bands I wnat to see and there's still a load to be announced.

Its a good year for gigs

Aside from this its just been a quiet few weeks working on my dissertation, I'm up to 3000 words now, just 5000 to go before may...

My Girlfriend is coming up next weekend to have a browse around a Uni she wants to apply to, although I have a feeling she'll just be glad to get away from her friends and their boyfriend problems (they're all being cheated on etc etc. so she has to comfort them all at once and its getting to her) even if its only for a few days.

Other than this I'm still debating as to weather its worth going into Uni on tuesday as 2 of my 3 lecturere are on strike...

I've noticed that a lot of you are a bit down lately so I hope you all feel better/things resolve themselves soon
