I'm getting so close to finishing up this house refinance thing.. when that happens... I'm gonna gut this place and make it yuppie Heaven. they won't know what hit em.. Heh.. Then I pay off all my debts, sell the house and hopefull end up with 20K as a profit within six months.. then... I look for another one to fix up.. hopefully in a more ghetto neighborhood.. because, one by one.. we can rebuild this damn city.
