Job hunting sucks.
Because I know I'm gonna be in Chicago in the next couple of months, I've already been looking for jobs instead of doing my homework and guaranteeing my graduation. The job market up there, however, blows just a wee bit.
To top it off...I'm broke. Here's the story:
Because she is a good American capitalist, Baise has a bad habit of buying shit for herself when shes stressed or upset. Case in point: Adventures in Yesterdayland.
She bought the following items for herself during an impromptu trip to Nashville, but not without much hand wringing and pseudo-Catholic guilt:
These amazing pants for $20
To learn zee French
A non-digital copy of this
And last but certainly not least,
Ive been meaning to check this mans work out for a long, long time.
I also got sick from dinner. Yay for sickness.
So, yeah...if someone could recommend any good job listing websites other than Craig's List, the Chicago Reader, and Monster, I'd really appreciate it. If this keeps up, I'll be applying for grad schools for fall 2006, which is way earlier than I had initially intended to go.
Also, anyone know of any good grad programs in art history? I'm thinking that's where I'm gonna end up.
for everyone for all the support and love. You guys rule!

I've known people who've stumbled into jobs just by looking in the everyday newspaper. Perhaps there'll be something in the Sun-Times or Tribune. Might be worth checking, you can probably search them online too. Good luck with the job hunt.
