I hurt my left wrist some how. And I don't know how. Tons and tons of pain, shooting up into my brain-
everytime i bend the wrist, or try to make a fist
It's my left one too, the one I need to use-

I can't even grab a pencil or a pen with out wanting to scream again
maybe I"ll find my left over vicoden.
