ok so i was only able to do 5 hours of work today before i gave in and went to the er. as of right now they don't know what is wrong, only that i am in pain, so i am back on medrol, starting flexoril and a pain reliever i may not even take.

plus three days bed rest. and considering i am only back a week after vacation, that is kind of funny
