Well after two weeks I broke down and became a wanker again. It was fucking fantastic. I set up a bunch of tissues so that I could just blast, even setting some standing up to make sure I didnt go to far. But right as I came they fell and now I cant find where the stuff landed. And that was Sunday morning!
Ive been going through the SG fan art album (http://suicidegirls.com/albums/SG+Fan+Art/) and I really wish I could draw/ink/color like the other posters. I am jealous of so many of them that it sucks for me.
Nothing really new is going on with me, Im sick again. Im still not sleeping, and Im fairy certain that I am coming down with a case of insanity.
OK here is the question I want to ask. In lieu of rereading American Gods (damn I love that book); I have to ask, If you could become some sort of deity, what would you be? Would you be in charge of something from nature? Or would you be an emotion, a thought or a place?
If I ever discover how to become a god, would you join my new pantheon? What would my place be in it?
Sadly I seriously think about these things a lot.
Im agnostic with atheistic tendencies, so this may sound odd from me but,
Do you think that there ever wore gods? If so what happened to them? Did they all go under the hills to live with the Tuatha D Danann?
Or are they still around waiting to be found and worshipped again?
I know that if you have read my journal for the past several months youd know I have a borderline obsession with Loki (the god not the SG, although she aint bad). SO this may just be an extension of those posts.
Because I finished American Gods I decided to reread Stranger in a Strange land for the first time in nearly ten years (from cover to cover that is). Such a good book, I don know why its taken for so long to get back into it
Went Kayaking again, it went good, but the water was choppy (stupid boaters and jet skiers) so I tired out quickly.
But it was fun
Accept the end, the hardest part about kayaking is getting out of the boat. Ive managed to never fall, but tonight, in front of some cute Brazilian girls as I was getting out, a wave hit the kayak and next thing I knew I was in the water.
Unlike last weeks whose beaches were sandy this one was rocky as all hell, so it kinda sucked for a second. Not hurt, just sucked.
Oh well.
As always check my livejournal for more updates.
