got my hearing tested-turns out i have above average hearing...but they don't know why im losing my hearing for ten seconds at a time
sigh...
so im playing kingdom hearts two-and i fucking love it. SOOOOooooooooooooooooo much better game play wise, although i do wish for more "holy shit that [inserts square enix character's name here]?" moments.
eh i'll update more later
hehe the update!
Ok I just saw "Lucky Number Slevin"-what a great flick. Very reminisant(sp) of the Usual Suspects, and other Neo Noir flicks, but great none the same. Every minute every scene was done pure. Morgan Freeman is at his best. Ben Kingsly is incredible. Lucy Liu is actualy likeable. Go see this flickl! But not because Im telling you to, but rather because you know you want to.
Ok so the question this week is about internet crushes.
Who was you first internet crush on?
How old were you?
Did you ever meet?
Are you still friends with that person?
For me it was a chick named Pixy Bean (ok that was her only screen name that i can remember). Sophmore year of high school, it was soring. We became friends because we were both Tori Amos fans. She lived a few towns over, we knew similar people but we never met. WE talked on the phone a few times, but physicaly we never saw each other out side of photo graphs. Not to say we didn't randomly try and show up at the other person's work to fing that she had just left, or my shift wasn't for a few hours. We lost touch briefly during freshman year of college, to start talking again briefly towards the end of that year-and then we both went oppositte ways. i.e. i lived at my dad's avoiding the net, she changed her screen name.
I still think about her once in a while. About how she always signed e-mail, letters etc with "~;~". But mostly that is it ya know? Still part of me is currious about one day meeting her.
I am not a fan of internet relationships and i just look in shock over people who fall in love with out ever seeing a person, with out knowing their sent, their manors or how light reflects in their eyes. To me it just makes sense.
Im not saying I haven't met people in person that i didn't first talk to on the net hell that's how I met jaybe and now she's my best friend and has been since years.
But still the paranioa and the let downs just don't seem like a viable option to me. Well thanks for your time.
until next time
