I recently discovered the Pinups for Soldiers project here on SG. Basically, a bunch of SG's and I think some hopefuls, I could be wrong, have gotten together over the past few years and sent pin-up style pictures and decks of cards, stickers, etc. from this site to soldiers who are deployed. I think this is the most amazing thing since the Blue Star Mothers. There is a group but it's only for SGs (which really motivates me to get my ass in gear on submitting a set) but if you are, or know, a soldier currently deployed, send their address to Wendy Suicide at wendysuicide@yahoo.com and I think you can also PM her from here. I just sent in my brother and best friend's addresses and I am really excited to hear their reactions when they receive a package. Yet another reason I love this community.
