Hello!
Hope everyone had a dreamy xmas. We didn't get snow for xmas- as opposed to what many think, Canada doesn't get very much snow these days - so that disappointed me, but I still had a wonderful time with both Ryan's family and my own.
I took a spin downtown today for a bit and bought myself some books. I am the biggest book nerd, I take pride in owning many. They are mostly about murderers and crime and criminals and such, but I also have quite a few on Buddhism, the sexual revolution, and Leonard Cohen's poetry & prose.
Today I picked up Helter Skelter by Vincent Bugliosi, and Zodiac: Unmasked by Robert Graysmith. I am looking forward to reading the latter book, as I'm not as informed as I'd like to be on the Zodiac Killer.
I left a few books behind that I really wanted, which were a recent addition to Patricia Cornwall's books about Jack the Ripper, a couple newish Michael Slade books, and one on criminal psychology/profiling by an author who's name now escapes me.
Sigh, how I wish I'd gotten into criminal psychology rather than what I'm in now. :/
Welp, take it easy kids, I'm off for a few days.
