Thursday night was epic - to the extent that I'm still recovering 
It was ace, great jokes, great banter, good music, awesome cocktails Plus, I accidentally pulled an incredibly fit guy 
- I'm a good girl so nothing happened, but it's always nice to have someone like that interested in you 
Yesterday I went shopping with my mother-in-law for a dress to wear to my boyfriend's younger brother's wedding at the end of the month - I got a gorgeous navy blue 'vintagey' one to go with my unnecessarily awesome heels (in the previous post). But as the sales were on I also treated myself to a gorgeous little flapper dress and matching headband, and to these beauties:
I've needed new shot glasses for an eternity, so Edward Monkton ones (including the Penguin of Death, no less) at just 4 were a must
I've only got one more week and a bit in Yorkshire before I head of to Reading for 3 whole weeks (ouch
) so I'm working on fitting in as much debauchery as possible; so far, we have: dinner and movies followed by drinks on Wednesday, and more drunken epic glory on Thursday
So yes, the excitement is palpable
Update: I'm now also probably going out on Friday night... This is both a terrifying and awesome prospect

Weekend was good, taught kids about biodiversity and pond life then went on a photography workshop and took some really cool pics
