Pulling together all those loose ends of the semester and have decided to give myself a wee break. It does feel a little odd though, I've been spending so much time in my studio and so much time grading stuff that it just feels plain wierd to do anything else! But time, sleeping in and sunny days are good!!!

I'm going back to blighty (the UK) this summer to renew my visa, I've got a feeling they're going to make me crawl through a tunnel of shit, like that guy from the Shawshank redemption, in order to get it. So thankfully I won't feel at that much of a loose end with that to deal with...I guess.

I signed up for a new phone today, I had one of those Virgin mobile ones but figured I would be cheaper with a contract phone. Hope it will work out in the long run but with the deposit and all I feel a little bit shafted right now!

I posted some pics of the iron pour at University. It was REALLY awesome! My two little iron sculptures turned out pretty well. I'll post pics of them once I chase 'em and clean them up. Will be taking slides soon so look out for photos of my paintings in around a month, I could do with some unpolitically motivated feedback on ones to use to apply for shows and stuff!
