I take it everyone is busy enjoying the summer weather lately. Havent heard much from anyone. There are coming out to fix my garage door today. I cant get my bikes or my Jeep out. Its those little things like that that make being a homeowner a pain sometimes. Oh well.

nope... not in South Dakota man. SD for me is San Diego. I hear ya about the pains of being a homeowner, I am about to get to experience it first hand. I'm buying my first... escrow closes in about 15 days!
