Isn't it too much text for a tattoo? The poetry is beautiful, but I think it will look to messy with that much information, why not get the word ''Invictus'' inked instead?

Beautifully put, and I completely agree. I'd also say you should never regret things in the past as they make you who you and what you're doing today. When you focus on the good things in your life currently, you realise that without those things in your past, good or bad, you might not have those good things now.
