as a result of the alley behind our house, we had four baby kitties living here: three black n brown calicos - takkun, cous cous, and little squishface (the runt). we also have an orange stripey kittie named vanilla truman. we lost our little squishface today. he was just too small and too sick and wouldn't eat even when we fed him similac from a preemie bottle. we gave him our love. he just wasn't strong enough to make it. shannon and i sat and did our best to comfort poor lil squishface as he took his last breaths.

today was a somber day for this reason.
