tuesday. 7:45 pm.
i've decided to start posting the time in my journal now, since i assume that it is not on central time. or maybe i'm just not electronically savvy enough to change it myself. either way, this is my solution.
i had more baking fun today. i'm really honing these domestic skills of mine. goddessy is not far from my grasp says i.
made another batch of baklava. don't ask why i need so much, because i don't. i gave it all to h. i finally used my hello kitty cookie cutters. how magical.
i went to kroger and bought barbie sprinkles. pink and purple! i have a feeling that the kitty would approve.
whilst baking, h and i proved that you are truly truly never too old to have waay too much fun with cookie dough.
i posted photos of the madness in my pictures section in the baking escapades folder. pure deliciosity!
after k and h left i went on a jog to try and rid myself of the caloric sins of the cookies. all that did was make my stomach ache with an intolerable ferocity.
le sigh.
i've started out on the daunting task of compiling all of the random poetry, lyrics, spoken word, what-have-you that i have in eighty-million random notebooks around the house. i'm finally putting use to this sweet little journal that my brother gave me for my birthday. lindsey you're so ace!
i was looking at the pictures he glued in the back of it. he and i all bundled up like randy from "a christmas story." hehe. "i can't put my arms down. i can't put my ARMS DOWN!" we were so little. so unaware that our mother had given us the most glorious little mullets in her attempt at being a domestic goddess. or maybe she was just trying to skimp on haircut costs? either way, we looked smooth.
