yesterday I went to a 90 minute bikram yoga class before a 12 hour rehearsal. I wasn't sure if it was a good idea or if I was going to kick myself for it. It turns out very well though. Aside from the fact that I didn't have time to shower before going to rehearsal.
luckily I'm not a stinky. On a 10 minute break I ran to the dressing room and washed my face and hair in the sink. When I finally got home at about 12:30am I took a long hot shower, and it was heaven.
I'm celebrating, because today is my first day off in over three weeks. I spent the first part of it in bed. Chatting on the phone and reading. I did my laundry (a luxury, for I never have time to do it on a regular basis) and I went for a run. Now I'll go grocery shopping and then go see Deep Blue. I love today.

NIce to have time for yourself. Sometimes you can lose sight of who you are if you don't do that. I find sometimes that the most interesting things about people involve their in between time. Peace - Jase
