okay people. About 40 hours ago I came to the realization that I consume insane amounts of sugar and that it is totally messing with my body. So I decided to go cold turkey on the sugar for at least a week, I'll probably do two weeks. And then after that, no refined sugars. Just fruit. And chocolate. And the occasional sinfully rich dessert delight. But seriously, it's only been 40 hours and I am NOT a happy camper. I crave it so so badly. My head feels like it's about to explode.
