ok, you may not find this very exciting, but I do. This morning I brewed the perfect pot of jasmine green tea. We're talking amazing here. I have the Yin Hao Jasmine Green tea from Peets which is amazing when brewed right, but it's a pretty tempermental tea. It's all to easy to make a bitter or overpowering or just too weak pot of this stuff. You have to let the water cool after it boils for just the right amount of time, you have to have just the right amount of tea leaves, and you can't let it steep for too long. When everything is right it ends up tasting flowery, smooth and buttery almost. Oh my god it's heaven.
Along with my tea I had a nice ripe mango for breakfast. Life is good.

I love tea. My favorite kind is a blend called Evening Comfort. It has ginger in it and lots of other soothing spices and mints. It's from the Chado Tea Room here in LA. Ask me about it, if you don't already know it coolness. I am leaving out of town on a whirlwind trip. Peace to you. - JAse
