I don't even know where to begin.
This week has been...full. One of the best weeks ever and one of the worst weeks ever all rolled into one.
Yesterday was so good and so bad. Had an amazing morning with my mom in Cambria and at Hearst Castle, set off back to Santa Barbara nice and early so I could have plenty of time to warm up for my performance that evening. Before I continue may I just add that I am normally a very calm and well-adjusted person, but for some reason being late to things gives me panic/anxiety attacks, always has. Thirty minutes into my drive my car broke down. Long story short that involves a very late pickup truck and acquiring a rental car, I end up on the road, white knuckled, driving at breakneck speeds trying to make an hour and a half drive in an hour. I screamed at the windsheild as loud as I could and sobbed so hard I laughed hysterically. I was 10 minutes late to my own performance, but everybody waited for me to start the show. And then that night at the party I knocked the hookah off the table.
Today is a new day. I never have to live through this week again.
P.S. for those of you who remember my most humbling moment story, it was repeated. Yes, while waiting for a tow truck inside my broken down car I was forced to pee in a bottle. Nobody should have to do that whole situation twice.
