So, I found out that I had to re-apply...anyone that had applied prior to '06 was no longer in the system...I was a little worried that my initial acceptance had been a fluke, and that I would not be re-accepted! My fears, however, were put to bed yesterday! Thanks to Rigel and her team for processing my ap so crazy fast! Now I just have to get my booty up to Kinkos to do some printing and scanning, and I can get all my paperwork in...and start making plans to get a set shot!

I may have to wait a tiny bit, however...I'm closing a show this weekend, and for the last 3 weeks have had to tape up my boobs...my skin is starting to be pissed at me for duct-taping it so oft....and for ripping the tape off every night. Ouch! One of the other actresses pointed it out when she was helping me tape up... But, by the time I get everything all set up, I should be all healed up...I'm resilient!

I'm working on getting a burlesque show going in town. It's kind of taken a back burner recently, and I, and the other co-founder, have been quite busy with our play...now that it's almost over though, we want to try to get things started for The Cherry Bomb Burlesque. A friend has recently been mistakenly tied to our burlesque plans. Someone approached him about it, he set them straight that it was not him doing it, though he was aware of our plans and wanted to help. This gentlman told him that he wanted him to meet a guy that runs one of the local strip clubs...that apparently some of the girls at the club were interested in being burlesque preformers...so we may be going to a strip club next week some time for a "business meeting"! Meet the girls, see if they have what we are looking for...I guess you never know where you just may find the talent you need.
