guilty pleasure maybe but i love this movie. i found out today my mom was an extra in it and she showed me the place in the movie where michael york and jenny agutter run past her while being chased by richard jordan into the sex room. turns out the fort worth water gardens can double as a hydrolic power station for an advanced civilation that kills everyone on their 30th birthday. ouch!
after seeing this movie for the third time today i considered it would be fun to make a remake of this fine flick but someone already beat me to it. but by the look of the plot outline on IMDB they have it all fucked up and the "death deadline" will be 21. that's no fun.
so this year as far as voting is concerned i'm considering a write in for my father for president. both kerry and bush suck ass so why shouldn't it be my dad? trust me.. he rules. texas is in the bag for bush anyways so what does it matter? popular vote blah blah... what good did it do us in 2000?
i've completed sex and the city season 3 and am now looking forward to season 2 of west wing and (don't laugh) 13 going on 30. i like my cheesy flicks and cocktails. after that i'll probably move on to something more "i claudius."
well, back to cocktails and headbanging to chop suey. after i get tierd of that i think i'll settle down and watch cannibal: the musical with commentary and see if i can drink trey parker under the table. cheers!
on the ute reservation. "we are indians!"

If I lived in Texas I would certainly vote for your dad. I feel terrible for Americans because your options are really awful.
I hope your summer is going well.
