your heart is a muscle, the size of your fist and other advice to myself and whoever likes it:
*never compromise your beliefs, even if people think you are totally weird and you feel scared and embarassed.
*Never have sex with or be in a relationship with someone who never lets you be right or wrong or whoever you want to be.
*Be nice to mean people because they neeed your kindness the most and if they are really mean, "nothing kills more than kindness" as trite as that might sound.
* treasure and nurture your friends. They are like plants. If you feed them, water them, sing to them and kiss them they will be strong and beautiful and wonderful and they will be your family in the absence of one.
ps. I think throwing the first punch doesn't make you look tough. Instead, it makes you look even weaker which is why I don't get why tough boys like to do that but I think it feels immature and impulsive.
pps. but it is also important to protect and defend yourself.
I like this quote "Well behaved women rarely make history" although I never found out who it was attributed to.
I'm very nostalgic lately. I am opening a new chapter in my life which can be awesome but also scary.
Paul Mitchell beauty school starts in 6ish days not including orientation and I need to change my crazy sleeping late stripper schedule and be up at a normal human hour such as 9 AM. this is a new battle. I will find a way to sleep early at night even if it means lots of sleepytime tea, hot milk which I hate, warm baths and lots of lame movies.
uggh, my bug bites are bleeding and so is my "girlpart". I feel so gross. Emma Forrest wrote in her book, thin skin that periods were like uninvited guests. I feel that way. Instead of writing in my diary, I'm writing in here because it's easier to type in here sometimes. I hope that it doesn't feel too weird and personal.
ppps. i think masturbating is nature's asprin.

To change your sleeping habits..do like I did with my kids:
Each day go to bed 15 minutes earlier than you did the day before. It will gradually get your body used to getting to bed earlier without noticing a huge change and not feeling weird. You may not be on exact time you want when you start(in 6ish days), but you'll be alot closer and more able to handle the slight change than a drastic one. Or try 30 mins each.
Maybe that would help?
I used to feed them turkey too before they went to bed if I knew we had an important day the next day. Turkey contains a natural chemical called Triyptophan(sp?) and makes you drousy, like wine..but in a safe healthy way.
Worked everytime.
