Sounds like you may have overdone it a bit on leg day, especially given the amount of overlap among your muscle groups, and discovered a bit of unevenness between them as well (I dealt with that a bit too for awhile). Still... judging from your most recent post, looks like it hasn't held you back from pursuing your other fitness goals 😁 Getting back into the groove can certainly be a painful learning experience for sure, but it seems like you're off to a good start, pain and misery notwithstanding!

@chadiousxvi today's motivation is just not here..I know i need to do my daily workout and I really just want to stay in bed all day. Even my 8yr old is like mom are you doing your stretches and stuff today? He does my pre and post stretches with me so that's all he cares about. 😆
