Sounds very busy to me! Silence for me until after the 1st ☕️ then walk the dog & start the grind. My morning stretches are in the shower & nobody needs to witness that!

I also do an actual workout most days too. I'm on day 21 of being consistent about it.  Actually pretty proud of myself for it. Lol 😆 now if only I could drop some fat and get stronger I could feel accomplished.  😅 and my kids make sure that's plenty of noise and commotion before the sun is even fully up let alone before morning coffee ☕️ 😄

What is your favorite, healthy foods?
