(My dad is the one with the beard.)

Mom photoshopped this picture of my dad. Dad rides bike about 7 miles to work everyday. Mom is currently working on a story for the paper about local bike commuters. Dad, of course, was interviewed, and I learned all kinds of stuff I didnt know about him before.

Thats so cool! There was a story about people who walk or ride a bike to work. Helps with the body and without using a car they save on traffic time and money. smile
Hes probably up there at 50 so that is most excellent for him. My dad runs loads, but has cut back since his knee messed up 5 years ago. He is 49!
