For the superbly coifed DblFstedBeenonza :
I've done some SERIOUSLY IN-DEPTH research (whatever I could accomplish within 3 mouse clicks), and I've got some information about my repeated dreams of being unable to kill someone:
From www.dreamdoctor.com:
Killing
Killing in dreams symbolizes the desire to make someone go away, and should not be interpreted literally as a sign of murderous intent. Whom did you kill? Can you identify the recipient of your anger in waking life? In dreams of murdering loved ones or family members, the dreamer may be worried about a current course of action, which he or she believes is hurting the murdered person, i.e., a child or spouse. Repeated dreams of killing reflect feelings of anger and frustration. Its time to speak to someone, and get it off your chest! Dreams of killing small animals may be a reference to abortion. If you kill in self-defense, the dream is considered a positive sign of self-esteem and confidence; you are able to respond effectively to threats of attack.
Doesn't quite seem to fit my situation...but here's another from the Dream Doctor that seems relevant:
Fighting
Representation of anger and frustration. Are you able to identify the struggle in your waking life? Dreams of being unable to fight effectivelyour sword wilts, our gun wont work, we are unable to land a punchrepresent feelings of powerlessness against an attacker. Fights also can represent internal struggles. Are you battling a food or drug addiction?
BING-BONG!
It's gotta be about my food addiction which has taken the place of my former drug & alcohol addictions...So what I need is to fire-up the drinking again, or find a healthier addiction to take the place of cookies & ice cream...suggestions?
AND NO there is not room for football! NOT in my house anyways...
AND NO I cant have chicken, baby or other wise, even free range hand fed, AND I cannot have hard boiled eggs BUT I can have scrambled! Go figure, I guess the cooking denatures the protein, thus I am able to digest, I have no problem with Turkey! It is actully a somewhat common thing....
