Ugh... i have about 20 more pages to fill for minusone (my zine) and i have just been nursing along this piece on straight edge. I don't know why this piece is so hard to write. I usually can go on and on in real life about it... but I'm trying to be elequent here!

See, here's the deal... I'm trying to put into words that I've been straight edge for over 15 years, have never lost my "edge" and never will... but over the years haven't "owned" straight edge, it just was... and that over the last year or so I've really reclaimed straight edge as part of my life. Also interesting that I am needing to work in is that I have maintained my commitment while having a "normal" corporate career job and how that has been incorporated.

I know this doesn't make a whole lot of sense, and it isn't terribly cohesive... which gets right down to the point... I am having a bitch of a time trying to get it right!!

Oh saw some painfully boring bands up in Boston this past weekend. Oh well... had fun hanging out with my friends patrick, Sol and others.

Next weekend (19th) i'm going to KC of all places... meet this girl I'm friends with and meet up with some other friends. Getting those frequent flyer miles like a mofo
