I get into work this morning, same as what has become usual. Walk in, ask the boss what's up for today, tells me to do my usual shit for the day. I do.
Ten minutes in, a truck opens up in the loading area, I see LOTS of boxes. My coworker tells me it's a good thing that's not my job, I laugh.
Ten minutes later, my boss and five guys walk up to me, an evil grin on their faces. I wince.
Guess what I got to do today?
They called it initiation.
My boss prefaced this job by saying that this will be the hardest thing I do here, and that my friend lasted an hour before having to go out and get some fresh air. I walk up to the boxes, close my eyes and pray I get through this alive.
It wasn't that bad actually.
