Happy St. Patrick's Day! Is everyone celebrating or is it just a reg' ole Sat. for most of you? There's always lots of partying and a parade and all sorts of craziness here in KC. Not sure what I'll be up to later...
But I did work my ass off this morning, 90 minutes of crazy boot camp at the track. And after, I still went and ran some more! So, I guess I might not feel too guilty about the Guinness or Murphy's Irish Stout later...
