Yes, Reggio is based on a nursery school started after WWII in Italy with the intention of bringing the children up to be independent free thinkers so a dictator would never rule them again. It's also shown itself to be very good for children's development, etc.
That's the point--kids love exploring and they love real things, like trees, rather than those weedy little half-a-foot-from-the-ground climbing frames... Reggio puts fith in the children as responsible and lets the kids decide what they want to do
Anyway enough about that now.

I was keeping up hope that I could convince Martin that things would work out with me and him, but sadly that meant ignoring the fact that when he realises he can't have something, he puts it to the back of his mind and forgets about it, unlike me who desperates hopes and hopes for years for the impossible. Instead of texting dirty messages, we now discuss how to get a girl he likes to go out with him, but sadly she either is going out with or fancies someone else.
It makes me a bit sad that this means he doesn't want me, but hopefully said girl will go out with him and he will be happy which will be the next best thing.
