I thought about it, and the odds of me getting the position (I went for a second interview yesterday) are rather slim as the main interviewer kept referring to me as " Free Spirited" which I am guessing is not a compliment coming from someone who is rigorously professional. I could use the extra cash but if I have to work in an enviroment that is ridiculously conservative then I'll go nuts so maybe not getting this position is a good thing.

I looked at the studio apartment yesterday and there is a lot of work to be done if I do take it so I am making an offer of R370 000 and if he wants more then I will continue looking. This particular apartment is not positioned very well in the complex so I would rather wait and see what else becomes available.
