When does a violation of personal space cross the line into something else?
Last night as I was working a 6'7" guy came up to the counter. Now let me remind all of you that i'm 4'11". As I was bending over to get out the CD from the sleeve in the drawer he leaned over the counter and started rubbing on my arm and touching my collar bone. I was not comfortable with this AT ALL. He started talking about how beautiful I was and what he wanted to do to me. There were no other customers in the store nor other employees. I tried to act as polite as I could just to get him to leave. As he was walking out the door he said "don't worry, I'll be back".
So for the last 30 minutes of the night I spent my time wondering if he meant later on when I was going out to my car. Luckily he wasn't there. I'm going to discuss all of this with my manager when she gets here. We have security tape of the store and of him being in here. I'm just so frazzled by this and so upset.
