Looks like I'm gonna be a full time DJ again, for the first time since 2006...
Subbacultcha and Ritual need a new person they can rely on, as Blade just bailed on them out of sudden. *
I always been a sort of "regular guest" there, it's going to be nice to have a residency once again tho.
It just means I'll have to plan gigs a bit better, but it can be one![smile](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/smile.0d0a8d99a741.gif)

On the other hand, it doesn't look like I am getting that job at the piercing shop I was talking about some weeks ago: first of all, he needed a piercer, which I'm not (yet). I'd like to learn, but the fees for the courses are hideous and not something I can afford right now... I'd rather use that money to promote properly the next XP8 album.
Speaking of which, I really like how it's shaping: it should be ready by the end of April, in time for our schedule - for once! Music wise, it's all over the place, and it might be that the reason why I'm really "feeling" it, more than anything we ever done.
I must also add that I basically have no faith left in this scene, nor care for the dominant aesthetics, and it's more than clear that it's never a matter of who you are or what you do, but of who you know - even worse here, of which ass you kiss.
Since I've never been as ass kisser, I don't expect anymore XP8 to become "popular"... and maybe this is a good thing.
Last but not least, done yet another gig with Faderhead, and loved every moment of it!
Some pics of the band's MySpace.
