Anything which is acting too fast will probably result in a yoyo effect and you end up with more weight. The slow changees on the other hand will last instead of firing back. I am myself too lazy for most of them but when I was staying in South Africa I was able to lose weight simply by eating healthier food, actually eating more but better quality. It is cheaper there than here
P.S.: I also lose when in a relationship. Physical action I am not too lazy for...
