I can't believe summer is nearing it's end.

Still at the label, love the job, but I'm getting itchy feet.
My lease is up on my downtown digs in 3 months, desicions!
I'm deciding between finding a new place uptown, moving back home with Mom & Dad and buying a new car, or L.A. big move.
On to bigger concerns.... I've got NKTOB tickets for September, and my guest has bailed. Now I have numerous friends in line to take the open spot. Who do I choose?!
