Well, you are sure opting for scary. Although you'll miss out on an opportunity to go around all night yelling BEEL! BEEL! and talking in a southern accent.

Time for your regularly scheduled update.

Item A: Padme sold. Fuck yeah. She now lives with a stay at home mom and two young kids and a nice father. I'm really stoked that she's got a good home, and I'm not footing the bill anymore. Yay for that.

Item B: Got a lot of my christmas shopping done today. Yay the internet.

Item C: Tomorrow...

Bet you didn't think you'd hear from me this soon!

I am learning very quickly not to trust people and what they say. Supposedly, I was given back a puppy up to date on all her medical. Clearly, I was not, as she never received her second leptovirus, or her rabies shot. And to top it all off, she came back with worms, and has...

It has been a hellova week. Do over, skip, pass, something.

Thanksgiving night we lost Lilly, our mini rex rabbit. It wasn't exactly sudden, but it wasn't not sudden either. At at 10:40 she had a seizure that lasted 6 minutes, and at 10:54, she died in Will's arms, after giving us time to tell her we love her and say good bye.

Today I...

Life is full of shitty decisions.

If you have 6 months of a fantastic, normal, healthy life, and 6 months of a shitty, sick, incapacitated life every year, and you had the option to no longer continue your life, what would you do?

If it was your beloved pet in the same situation, then what? Do you continue their existence knowing that they're suffering now,...

There's no easy way to answer those questions, Dear One, and You may not like my answers. But here's what I can come up with:

To put it simply, "this goes with being a good daddy. It's the worst part, but it's the part that defines us as parents, I think". Someone I love told me that a few months ago...

I would go through those miserable days looking forward to the half year of good life. But then people and monsters are very distinct creatures. We're more or less aware that we're going to die, so we waste our time with careers, money and shit that will serve as proof that we spent one fraction of a second on this blue marble. Animals do not have this problem, which is why they exist but don't concern themselves with making sculptures or signing autographs, and also why the pain they feel today is not mitigated by the thought of a sunny meadow in June.

As for the job vs college... I don't think there's a figure that justifies being miserable on a daily basis, but maybe if You try to look at the job from a different angle, it wouldn't look like such a drag in advance. There's multiple advantages in it, judging by the way You phrased the question, maybe You could start from there until You find an aspect that You like, or more.

Okay, slightly more informative post, I guess.

About 6 or 7 months ago, Lilly, our rabbit was HELLA sick. I mean, not sure she was going to make it through the day sick. She had symptoms of a stroke, and later had a seizure in my arms. She was eventually diagnoised with vitamin D toxicity (don't ask me how that happened) and a blood-born parasite....

Somewhere down the street from here, someone's life is being destroyed in a blaze of flames. A fire is raging, taking down a wood and steel structure, and eating up someone's memories. It's tragic, but maybe it will be good for them. We all need a fresh start sometimes. I hope they're all okay.

I changed my major finally. I am now a criminal justice...

I don't like fire. I do like arabic, but I'm not terribly knowledgeable in it either, although I remember a little more of it than Chinese.

Anthropology degree and maybe get a job, or Criminal Justice degree and maybe get a job? Doing what with either?!

Either way, I'm required 3 semesters of a foreign language. Spanish is probably the most useful, but it seems so blah.Everyone takes spanish! No offense to my spanish speaking friends. None. Got it? Anyways, suggestions?

Hai.

So I eventually stopped crying and wrote my paper. I sort of feel better. I hopefully laid to rest some stuff in doing so.

Moving on. Literally.

Halloween was pretty rockin, for the most part. I rocked out at work in an awesome witch costume, and then I went to the haunted corn maze, then I went and rocked out as the Devil with...
