Thanks for the congrats that people sent me on the anniversary
Well today kinda sucks. Doesn't help I have had a migrane since last night blah. Tried everything from a relaxing, sleeping it off, caffiene and headache medicine and nothing works grrrrr. So I woke up with this bloody migrane this morning still raging hard. At least I got a little sleep not as much as I would have liked tossing & turning but some is better than none right?
Well to make matters worse my stomach has been turning. This always happens to me when I get migranes. At least I haven't threw up.
Then the kids must know that I'm not feeling well because they have been doing anything imaginable to drive me insane!
Then I try to get some stuff wrapped up like getting Kyle's records requested for his immunization shots so can get them up to the school district for his admittance into kindergarten but Cigna tells me I have to fill out all these forms of release then I guess when they feel like they can get "around to it" they will get the necessary info to the school. The school is pushing for the info ASAP. I didn't realize that doing this in April would have been sufficient time to get him enrolled into school which starts July 24 but I guess not. I should have enrolled sooner I guess because they already have the full day kindergarten slots already filled!!! But they said they would put him on a waiting list and depending on his needs he might slip into full day instead of half day. I'm just happy that he is getting in period. He really needs help. I have been trying to sit down with him with this preschool program my sister ordered and never used with her kids so gave it to me. And Kyle just is being lazy with me. I figure he needs someone other than his parents doing it with him because he's at a defiant stage at his life. He needs some work with his speech and I know he probably will need some speech therapy something I can't help him with. He's got a lisp I'm sure of it because its hard for him to say certain letters other than that he can say his ABC's & 123's
But its funny we rented a movie thru Netflix for him. Lilo & Stitch part 2. We laughed but we know its not funny and I could imagine what people would think but Kyle comes running in saying he wants to watch "bitch" what he meant was stitch. We corrected him and told him "sssstttiitch" and he says "ssssabich"..having a hard time with that "t" i guess and making it a "b". Ugh I know we are in trouble now. I can imagine him now being sent home from school because he has a potty mouth when he's not understanding what he is saying.
So I hope that Cigna doesn't drag their heels...I know what its like to request records because it took them 2 weeks to get me mine when I requested them. I hope that they can help Kyle with his lisp and his understanding.
Ivy on the other hand is getting a little too smart for her own good. She repeats a lot of words including the bad ones. But she understands lots of things and also has figured out how to get out of her carseat which totally sucks because I have to pull over the car now and get out and restrap her in. She won't be 2 until next month and I can only imagine the trouble we are going to have with her in the terrible twos. Its already beginning! She has a princess complex already and throws tanthrums if she doesn't get what she wants. Like her new obsession is soda. She no longer wants juice, milk or water and she threw a cup of water at me the other day. I know he's going to be a worse toddler than Kyle was. I'm dreading it now. To make matters worse she understands stuff a lot better & figures things out so quickly so I am going to have to keep an eye on her big time!
Ok well I better wrap this up...thanks for reading

WOW, having a 2 year old Houdini must be an adventure. My son stuttered and daughter had a lisp and grew out of it. Just be patient and if the school offers a speach therapist take them up on it. They have some fun exercises to help them out.

I'm glad you were able to get everything worked out. I hate it when people make things more difficult for you than they need to be.
