Let's see I know I dont update this much. Probably not sure if anyone reads this crap or not. Let's see for the this previous weekend my husband & I had some fun on St Patty's Day hanging over a couple's house we know. We watched some movies & had dinner and well I got the pleasure of watching some really hot stuff!! Unfortunately I started feeling under the weather come Saturday which was a drag which lingered into Sunday. But we had already promised the kids we would take them to Makutos so we took them there. Talk about the world's biggest migrane incurring there but it was fun.
But on the good side I kept myself good because I wanted to deck a guy there!
This is what happened. My husband was finishing up work at his work so I took the kids ahead of time. So I'm trying to kept track of both my kids and in a place like that really difficult! In fact most parents just let their kids run and look for them when they are ready to leave. The kids can't exit without parents so its secure. Besides that I wanted to make sure mine didn't get into mischief (especially my 1 year old because she tends to get in the middle of big older kid stuff and almost gets knocked out LOL). Anyway I'm playing blocks with my daughter Ivy and Kyle goes up the twistie slide and slides down. But after he slid out and ran off I turned my attention back to my daughter. Next thing I know my son is running up crying holding his head. My friend Jen said that he was at the base of the slide and a little girl came down and kicked him in the head. As most parents in places like that I mark it up to an accident cuz things like that would happen. Then I get the father coming up to me and getting into my son's face saying "You almost hurt my daughter. I told you to knock it off!" I was like "Excuse me". He said how my son proceeded to get back into the slide tunnel in the bottom and how he kept telling him to knock it off (Like a little kid can understand the slang phrase "knock it off"). The guy proceeded to go off on me that I should have my son next to me at all times and that my son was a bad kid. Blah blah blah. I was like "Sir, this is a kids place kids do that sort of thing." Of course to his offense he said he was standing in that spot 20 minutes and didn't see any other kid do that. "I was like "oh geez so just in those minutes that means my kids is the imperfect one that only acts like a child" Told this guy he needs to "grow up" and if he wans to have a civilized conversation look me up because if he expects to "keep his child perfect and safe" dont take kids to places like that because shit happens! Told the asshole that I have two kids to watch and its just me here! And he should try watching two toddlers at once! After all his little girl Kyle "almost" hurt *rolling eyes* (Kyle is the one that was kicked but I didn't make a big deal about it) was 1 year old and his other one appeared to be a newborn in a baby carriage. I just can't wait until they get older and give him hell through the toddler years and he will be all butt hurt when overprotective parents come up to him!
Anyway I told the guy to grow up and he proceeded to go back to his wife and vent. Jen was like "omg dont take your kids to places like this if you can't handle accidents. Kids are kids!"
Now get this...minutes later this couple takes an employee up to Kyle building blocks where she tells him not to climb up the slide then she approaches me. Telling me what she had to do and be the "bad guy".
I was like "omg they tattle telled". I told her look it was immature of them to come over and yell at my son when he was the one that got hurt and then yell at me and telling them if they want a civilized conversation talk to me then otherwise there will be no apology. My son is a little boy and he does stuff and I'm watching two kids. She was like I totally understand I just have to be a bad guy but as she quoted to me "Don't tell anyone I said this but people like that need to get over it and grow up. Places like this kids do other things to kids and if you dont like it then just dont come here". This gal & I had a good laugh which helped ease my wanting to go deck the guy for being a whiny ass.
Trust me when his kids get older he will learn! Kids aren't little adults you can reason with all the time...he's in for a big surprise.
But then something popped in my head and I turned to my friend Jen. I was like wait a minute his daughter was 1 and smaller than my 1 year daughter. The slide that this girl went down specifically states that have to be 36 inches to go down. My daughter couldn't reach that line and I know that girl couldn't as well. So if they wanted to get technical their daughter shouldn't have went down the slide. Hell I could have tattled on them LOL
Anyhoo thats how that went. Afterwards we did a photoset for my friend Jen. This will be the first one she submits on here. She's excited to get started.
Ok well thats how my weekend went and right now i'm sick blah. Can things go any better?
