1) get a book, like Sex for One
2) get a vibrator, like a "water dancer" or something else specific for clitoral stimulation
One you get yourself to cum, it will be easier for guys to get you to get off too. I guess there is also the possiblity that you've been with the wrong guys. But at least if you can get yourself off you will be somewhat happy.

I had a similar problem... its down to sleeping with the wrong guys. Find the right one and its Kapowie there it is.
