Sweet, first blog!! Sup everyone (anyone?) 
I added some new pics to the ol' profile, and so did the girl friend, so now instead of 0 pictures, there are a whopping THREE ALBUMS o' picture wonderfultocity. Yes, thats right boys and girls, u can now see what i look like (Jake) AND what my g/f looks like (Shell) AANNNNDDD some of my artwork, like this
Oh, and i completely splurged beyond my means the other day and bought 4 cds, all of which are awesome (the new Iron Maiden album - A Matter of Life and Death, Children of Bodom - Follow the Reaper, Mastodon - Remission, Sonata Arctica - For the Sake of Revenge) The Sonata Arctica turned out to be live, which was kind of a bummer, but their live stuff is soooo tight it might as well be a studio album. Then on top of that I had to go and buy another CD the day after! Freakin Mastodon's new album (Blood Mountain) came out, and let me tell u, it is god damn amazing.
And it turns out that the copy of Remission i bought was in the store because my buddy had them order it. When they asked him if he wanted to reserve it, he said no, and they put it out amongst the other cds. I just happened to be splurging on cds the day before he was gonna go get it, so now its mine. Totally ninjaed his cd lol BUT ITS HIS OWN DAMN FAULT.
