watched FoodInc. last night...jesus fucking christ. that just made me want to go back to being a vegatarian, the way they treat animals is absolutly discusting and makes me sad. also how the big companies treat the farmers is depressing...
but buy from farmers markets organic and foods that arent in season helps them...yeah i dont think ill be eating animal anytime soon just makes me sad

But yes, shopping at the farmers markets is a good solution. I definitely love it here in AZ. We have like1000s of farmers markets here haha
