I preordered the new Thursday album entitled 'War all the Time'. holy fuck! they're so great.
i remember when i saw them last year in buffalo for warped tour they put on such a great show. I ended up getting my shirt torn right off of me, and have a mouthful of muck.

Such a great show.

I've thought a lot about this next one......what is the best band you've ever seen?

now i'm not sure how many shows i've been too, but i know i've seen about 200 different bands over the years, and I've narrowed the best live act down to two bands..

Radiohead, and God Speed You! Black Emporer.
Both bands are fucking phenominal in their own right, but live!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Live these two just blow you away.
I remember when i saw radiohead Thom York had a his notorious piano camera up close and personal.......that was pretty awesome.

and God Speed You! Black Emperor.....well they are just incredible!
for those who don't know God Speed are a 100% instrumental band. their songs usually run for about 20 mins.
on their albums they have some tracks with old, homeless, preacher man yelling about crazy, old homeless, preacher man things.......but during their live show they don't have any of that stuff.
they do have awesome visual effects though...

ah i can't talk anymore...this really annoying girl is talking to me now............can't concentrate.
