3 Ginger wholemeal biscuits

Wednesday:
1 Glass or cranberry and orange juice
1 Large bowl of cereal with soy milk
1 Large banana
2 Apples
1 Slices of white toast with 1/2 an avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
4 pints of water
1 Cup of tea with soy milk
1 Nut cutlet in 2 slices of white bread with ketchup
1 Portion of boiled potatoes
1/2 can of baked beans
1 small glass of fizzy drink
1 try of a diet fizzy drink

Thursday:
1 Glass of apple, grape and raspberry juice
1 Large bowl of cereal with soy milk
2 Apples
5 Pints of water
3 Wholemeal ginger biscuits
1 Very large plate of Pasta with basil, pesto and tomato
1 Large serving of salad wit lettuce tomato and avocado
1 Large banana
1 Chewy apple cereal bar

Friday:
2 Pints of water
1 Large bowl of cereal with soy milk
1 Glass of cranberry and apple juice
1 Pint of low calorie orange sqush with mineral water
1 Handful of cashew nuts and dried cranberrys
1 Bag of crisps
4 Slices of bread with hummus and tomato
