I always forget I have this thing.
Spent the day with Mono the Knife Girl. We went shopping for presents for my brother's girlfriend's upcoming birthday. I bought her John Fowles' "The Collector" and Patrick Suskind's "Perfume". Mono bought her "American Psycho" by Brett Easton Ellis. And she bought herself books regarding Genghis Khan, the history of torture and a thick tome regarding Russian Czars.
After that we hit several antique stores. I am currently too poor to buy fun stuff, but Mono got a great old hat resembling a wreath of pink flowers with a veil. And the Caterpillar figure from American McGee's "Alice".
Later I went to Barnes and Noble to see if they had the new book on Lewis Carrol's photography. They did not.
My brother and I decided that we're going to start a BMX bike gang. I haven't hardly ridden a bike since I was hit by a car on one around ten years ago. So.. what's a tough name for a BMX gang full of 20-something ex-punks?
