I just returned from a 4-day gathering in Columbus, Ohio, where much barbequing was done. I was one of 5 vegetarians there (out of 60 people), but all the carnivore cooks took extra care to make sure the veggie burgers and tofu hotdogs weren't cooked on the same surfaces, or even with the same utensils, as the meat. Jeebus bless em.
I tried absinthe (the real stuff, from the Czech Republic) this weekend, too. Kinda overrated.
