Apparently I fucked up my ankle pretty bad..don't know how, but I can see the swelling and bruising 
I was looking forward to walking today however the ankle looks no better so I will be spending plenty of time on the couch

Not really, I punched a wall a few days ago and it still hurts. Got a cut right on the bone. Maybe I should have found something softer to take out my frustrations.
