I really wanna tone up my butt and belly and could do with some help.
I am generally a bit small for the equipment at my gym so wondered
What do you do at home?
Do you have a routine?
Do you wear specific clothes?
What exercises do you do?
Everyone please help, comment ideas, tips pictures etc..

Ok I dislike using gym machines if I can help it for the butt I’d recommend squats unweighted for tummy Half sits and ankle taps plank things like that though you don’t really need to as you look fabulous x

sit ups and squats... no equipment needed :D
