I've been cooking a lot more this interterm. The end result? I've been getting considerably more confident in the kitchen! Tonight I made King Ranch Chicken, a casserole containing chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, onions, tomatos, and cheese, layered with tortillas. Delicious! Today I got (and mostly installed) MSOffice for Mac, Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe Illustrator 11, Quark, and Adobe InDesign CS. Huzzah for my baby kicking butt!!! Finally, I can work on my graphic design at home on my own computer!
