Rainy day and yet I'm having an upswing on the mood roller coaster that is my life.
Joie de vive? Probably b/c my ass finally stopped aching enough to allow me to start working out. Damn snowboarding ineptitude. Went to the gym last two days in a row and am feeling confident about partaking in the 'yoga marathon,' as we at the local yoga center like to call it, tomorrow night. Kristen's Power Vinyasa class followed directly by Bill's Hot Yoga class. Woo-hoo!
I'm about to start day 3 of three doubles in a row at work. Fuck it, i've got thursday off.
Bought THREE books this morning
Been eatin' better, too! Meat's gone, now to phase out the dairy. And the damn sugary treats I'm so addicted to.
